ten words of wisdom is a short-form writing competition format created by carykh on youtube. carykh made the original iteration of the game but now there are many of them on the "TWOW Central" discord server. and they are fun, i would say. they involve writing responses to a prompt, the responses being ranked by the General Public, and the players with the lowest scores being eliminated until one remains. the most fun, perhaps, was Roguelike TWOW by Epsilon. in it, every round, one could pick an item out of a few randomly generated ones given to them in DMs that would have a range of beneficial effects, like increasing score or making you harder to eliminate. some of these were based on the actual content of your response, like "+8% if you don't use the letter E" or something like that. so yeah thats something i spend my time doing
